Our Concrete Leveling Process
At Quantum Concrete Leveling, we’ve refined our concrete raising process over time to focus on a technique using polyurethane foam. While we used to offer mudjacking, which utilizes concrete slurry to fill voids and level concrete, we found that mixture to not have the qualities we were looking to provide to our customers – efficiency, durability, and longevity.
Efficiency: Polyurethane foam is quick drying, meaning you can use your concrete surface again in under an hour.
Durability: Polyurethane foam is super strong, able to hold up foundations of large buildings.
Longevity: Polyurethane foam is permanent; unlike concrete slurry, poly foam will not erode or disintegrate over time. That means you only need to level your concrete once!
Our poly leveling process looks something like this:
- We drill small holes in the broken, sunken, or uneven concrete slab.
- We inject polyurethane foam into the holes, filling the void under the concrete and raising it until it is once again level.
- We fill the concrete holes, clean up, and get out of your hair.
